Senior Insights Account Manager - Guildford - £32k + CA £3,840 + 6% bonus

You will be joining a busy and successful team working with major clients in a dynamic and agile working environment.

Key tasks & responsibilities
The Senior Account Manager will possess high energy and drive and will be the product and market expert on a well-defined list of product categories.
You will be responsible for building relationships with all existing clients and by doing so effectively promote and market the company's services. In addition, you will continuously strive to find new leads and maximise the revenue.

Main Responsibilities
• Achievement of the revenue budget for a set list of clients.
• Identify and approach potential clients to maximise revenue potential.
• Produce monthly data on your product categories
• Ensure client satisfaction by providing high level of client servicing, including in-depth presentations and consultancy.
• Ensure yearly data reconciliations are done with your clients.
• Responsible for retailer presentations on you markets
• Ensure successful co-ordination and working relationship with the PME.
• Monthly calls to clients following data quality checking, utilising market knowledge to provide early, pre-report market information.

Experience, skills and competencies required
• Customer service with communication skills at all levels
• Ability to develop client relationships to grow business
• Analysis / research skills - experience working within Insights would be ideal!
• A logical thought process, i.e. the ability to dissect and analyse client queries
• Excellent customer presentation skills
• Previous experience working with IT systems (Databases) and processes with advanced Excel

Hours of work

Full-time hours of work are normally from 9.00am to 5.30pm (except on Friday when the working day finishes at 4.00pm) with a 45 minute lunch break daily.
