At Cambrian we manufacture luxury Timber Framed Lodges. We have an exciting permanent opportunity within the Sales Department at a fast-paced, manufacturing business based in Porthmadog.

We are seeking an experienced Telesales / Sales Administrator to develop sales in both new business and repeat business. Contacting new and existing customers to develop leads and generate sales, answer customer queries, provide assistance to customers with orders, quotations, specifications and to deal with any customer complaints, whilst maintaining excellent customer relations.

Candidates should have the ability to meet and greet customers face to face, to communicate effectively by telephone and email and more importantly to turn a lead into a sale! Part of the role is also to arrange appointments for the sales team to visit new and established customers and to arrange for Customers to visit the Cambrian site, ensuring guided factory tours are undertaken.

The Telesales / Sales Support Administrator will be expected to process all sales-related paperwork accurately and in a timely manner whilst maintaining a flow of orders. Raising quotations and processing all orders and invoices, whilst maintaining accurate client records.

Tracking and monitoring progress of lodges, preparation of information packs for customers ensuring up to date information is included.

Supplying customers with required information on order processing.

Provide accurate management information reports as required in a timely manner. Keeping managers advised of information received from Customers / Parks to ensure quality of product is maintained

The successful candidate will have excellent communication, administration, organisational and interpersonal skills and be able to build effective client realtionships and use Microsoft word, excel and outlook. Accuracy and attention to detail is essential as is the ability to work methodically, independently or as part of a team. Experience of working within a fast-paced Sales environment is essential and is the ability to work using own initiative in a pressurised environment.

Salary is circa £23K plus commission.
