After Sales/Customer Service Executive

My client are a medium sized tour operator specializing in ski and summer holidays.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The job role is varied and covers all aspects of the booking process. This will include completing and amending invoices, problem solving any guest queries and issues, delivering excellent customer service through the booking process and maximizing the sales of all extras such as ski hire and ski lessons.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be responsible for every aspect of the booking process once confirmed by the guest
  • Ensuring the booking process is complete by editing invoices using the company's reservations system
  • Amending invoices to add extras or make changes to bookings at guest requests
  • Be a point of contact & knowledge for all products via email and telephone for guests
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the booking process
  • Reacting and solving any guest queries or issues
  • Liaising with resort staff ensuring the smooth running of operations overseas and good communication
  • Maximises the sales of all extras, such as ski hire, lift passes and ski lessons
  • Informing guests of any changes or circumstances that may affect their holiday.
  • Ensuring excellent customer service throughout the booking process and after sales.
  • Prioritising the completion of invoices, distributing via email to guests
  • Adding extras to bookings using the company's reservation system
