A leading dairy company is looking for an experienced Technical Administrator to join their team.

The Role:

Delivering the site quality system improvement plan, ensuring that it matches the requirements and delivers the strategic business goals.

Assisting in driving quality, food safety and legal management of the site, ensuring compliance and 100% adherence to statutory and mandatory requirements.

To develop a robust SOP system and ensure all SOPs are the latest format and updated as and when required by site.

To maintain the site Training Matrix and ensure all managers are given direction to what and when training is needed on site.

Deliver basic training courses as and when required.

Develop action plans and trackers for continuous improvement in quality, food safety and legality.

Ensure that the site delivers against the Technical Training budget.

BRC Compliance - Ensure site adheres to BRC standard requirements/carryout relevant actions where possible to ensure compliance.

Assist in the Maintenance of the QMS systems

The Candidate:

At least 2-3 years' experience within Technical Administration in the food sector, preferably in Dairy.

Level 3 Food Hygiene & HACCP.

Train the Trainer Qualification.

Accredited Internal Audit Qualification.

Excellent communication and influencing skills.

Previous experience in utilising low-level Continuous Improvement Techniques (RCA), 5S for example.

Able to work in a controlled manner under pressure.

IT Literate to a high standard.

Strong Team Player. Resilient and persistent.

Demonstrates a high level of motivation.
