My Client is looking for a Senior Product Owner to come into the company and create a personalised customer experience. As the Senior Product Owner my client would be looking for someone who is highly ambitious, has clear product vision, the ability to build on the companies defined roadmap as well as having marketing plans. As the Senior Product Owner you will own the end to end strategy making you the vocal point for the high volume of customers bonuses across all sports as well as online gaming.

In order to apply for this role you must already be an established Digital Product Owner who is highly interested in working with incentives, customer loyalty and bonuses. You’ll already have an idea of what customers enjoy and respond to, as well as wanting to strengthen loyalty to the customer and their relationship to the brand. You will look to compare yourself against competitor’s data to be able to mark your success when comparing bonus types and the mechanics of your performance. As the Senior Product owner you will be comfortable working in an agile environment, as well already having a good understanding in how the digital technology can help better the connection with your customers.

The role will require you to work together with the technology business partners to define a clear product backlog that is deliverable within the companies technical capabilities. You’ll already have experience working the different sources of data such as 3rd parties, business operations, marketing and CRM this allows you to be able to form the backlogs against measurable KPI’s that the technical teams can work with. Ideally you will have a knowledge of how and why bonuses fit within a P&L structure within the company’s strategies and objectives. You will be customer centred and understand important it is to gain customer retention through customer acquisition initiatives.
