THE CONTENT MARKETING TEAM

As a Content Marketing Executive, you'll be joining the Publishing department, one of the largest and most creative teams.

The Content Marketing Executive will be looking after the company's most profitable site - attracting over 70,000 visitors each month. As a Content Marketing Executive, you'll be working with the wider publishing department to create high quality, searchable and useful content for business owners, as well as conducting world-class research which features in the UK’s top publications and newspapers.

THE CONTENT MARKETING EXECUTIVE ROLE

Working as part of the Content Marketing team, the Content Marketing Executive's role will consist of:

  • To monitor and report on website traffic, users and performance. You will have your own sections of the website to manage where you will curate content to attract users through organic search.
  • Grow brand awareness via exciting and relevant outreach campaigns.
  • Creating, editing and optimising content to match users' needs and then reporting on web page performance using tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Collaborate with many divisions across the business, such as PR, UX and tech to improve processes and brand exposure

Successful Content Marketing Executive applicants will begin their journey in the Content Academy and will be taught about organic search marketing and how to create the best possible content. There will be abundant opportunities to work with departments across the company, and thoroughly understand the SEO methods that can help other teams be successful.

THE IDEAL CONTENT MARKETING EXECUTIVE

  • An understanding of SEO principles
  • Exceptional eye for detail
  • Interest in Digital Marketing
  • Experience of using a CMS and HTML
  • Previous experience creating quality copy and content e.g blog or University newspaper
