RECYCLING ADVISOR - CAERPHILLY
Working hours: Monday - Thursday 10am - 6pm, Friday - 10am - 5.30pm Pay rate: £8.39

RSW is currently looking FOR Recycling Advisor in Caerphilly area. As a Recycling Advisor you will be delivering a high quality campaign to residents of a Caerphilly County Borough to increase the performance and participation in the Council's recycling services.
This is an excellent opportunity for the graduates and undergraduates to obtain some vital experience in the municipal waste management sector.
Work as part of a team to deliver a high quality face-to-face door-stepping campaign which will be delivered to all domestic properties in Caerphilly County Borough.
Distribute literature to all properties visited.
Provide guidance and advice to householders on the recycling collection services available.
Encourage participation in the kerbside recycling collection service and food waste scheme through effective communication and persuasion.
Complete accurate daily workload sheets as instructed, indicating the properties visited and contact made.

ESSENTIAL
5 GSCEs or equivalent relevant Level 2 qualification on the National Qualification Framework.
Good literacy and numeracy skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good team player but must also be able to work well on own.
Must have a positive, enthusiastic and friendly nature.
Ability to be persuasive and confident in discussion with residents/others.
Able to organise own workload and complete accurate and timely records.
Experience of planning and organising own workload. Flexible approach to work
