Position: Marketing, Training & Communication Co-ordinator
Location: Manchester, Lancashire
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: £15,300 - £19,125.861 per annum plus OTE scheme
Benefits: Include a generous leave entitlement of 25 days rising to 30 days after a 10 year period plus all bank holidays, a generous pension scheme.

About the role:

The Sales and Marketing Coordinator will sell, arrange and project manage the delivery of their training courses and events to existing / prospective clients & partners. They will also market the courses & events to attract delegates and meet business budgets using a variety of Marketing methods with support from a dedicated group marketing team. Communications will involve using social media to promote a range of products, running campaigns and developing newsletters for our clients.

You will communicate effectively to all partners, colleagues & clients providing support, advice and guidance, maintaining service level agreements and as point of contact, diagnosing client`s training needs and offering solutions where appropriate. You will also produce progress reports providing accurate and relevant information monthly and at other times when required.

About you:

To succeed in this role, you will have the ability to communicate appropriately and effectively and diagnose customer needs before taking action. With excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to prioritise work effectively and respond in a timely and professional manner.

You will have worked in a business development or events orientated organisation and have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

You may have experience of the following: Sales coordinator, Training & Events, Client Relationship, Project Management, Customer Services, Administration, Project Co-ordinator, Marketing, Training & Communication Co-ordinator, Sales and Marketing Coordinator, Account Management, Marketing Coordinator, Account Manager, Marketing Assistant, Sales Executive etc.
