Due to accelerated growth, a fantastic and rare opportunity has become available for a Showroom Manager to join an award-winning retail company with a thriving online business, in addition to retail stores and showrooms throughout the UK. Based in Slough, the successful Showroom Manager will be working 40 hours per week, earning a basic salary of £30,571 per annum with a realistic OTE of £47,000+, including a range of excellent benefits. This is a fixed term contract for 12 months.

As a Showroom Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the showroom, overseeing the performance of the Assistant Showroom Manager and Sales Advisors. Reporting to the Area Manager, the successful Showroom Manager`s core responsibilities and duties will include, but will not be limited to: 

- Recruitment and training of new employees
- Achieving/exceeding in store and phone KPI`s/Targets
- Leading, coaching and mentoring team of sales advisors
- Evaluating competition by visiting competing stores and data generation
- Carrying out end of day banking
- Preparing reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information
- Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and training seminars in house
- Preparing sales and customer relations reports
- Promoting sales by demonstrating merchandise and products to customers where possible
- Maintaining inventory by checking merchandise to determine inventory levels and anticipate customer demand
- Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
- Providing analytical reports to display performance for the store
- Being responsible for processing cash and card payments

To be considered for the Showroom Manager position you must have previous experience and excellent knowledge of KPI's with the ability to achieve/exceed them. In addition, you must possess the following key skills and experience:
