Excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor (PQS) to join a top 10 property consultancy based in Cardiff and work in their market leading Highways team.My client has a strong presence across the UK as well as overseas with an established track record of delivering some of the largest projects across the UK. Working across a range of sectors including both Civils and Building they have had an outstanding year to date picking up a number of new projects and frameworks with Public and Private sector clients.They are looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor to be based from their Cardiff office and be responsible for running projects in the Highways sectors. The Quantity Surveyor will be involved in projects from pre-construction through to final account and be given fantastic opportunities to progress within the business as their career develops. For the right candidate there is also the opportunity to get involved in business and client development with fast track promotion to Associate level. This role also provides the unique opportunity of being the lead Cost Consultant on some of regions leading projects in the Highways sector.To apply for this opportunity the Quantity Surveyor must:
* have experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within a consultancy or contracting environment* have experience of running projects within the Highways sector* be degree qualified and ideally a member of the RICS* be able to demonstrate a solid track record throughout their career
