An exciting 6 month fixed term contract role has arisen within Towergate. Although initially a 6 month fixed term contract we anticipate there to be permanent opportunities within the group at the end of the contract.
This role provides for a wide range of audits activity covering operational and finance areas. Towergate Group is undergoing a vast amount of change at present, so this position gives you the opportunity to gain/strengthen your knowledge of auditing strategic programmes
- join a close-knit, collaborative and experienced team who are very well respected within the organisation. Working with the Audit Managers/Lead Auditors you will undertake the delivery of a wide variety of audits across the whole Towergate Group.
- complete audits in a timely manner, encompassing the scoping and planning phases, through fieldwork to the production of reports for senior management.
- have knowledge of the insurance sector. Knowledge of Insurance Broking is desirable but not essential
- be prepared to travel (mostly UK ~15-20%)
Essential Criteria - must be clearly demonstrated on CV
To join us you will need to have, or be studying towards, an ACCA/ACA/CIIA qualification, plus in depth internal audit experience, with demonstrable experience of risk and controls.
Theoretical and practical experience of data analysis, interpretation and evaluation skills would be an added advantage.
