Part Time Accounts AdministratorThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accountant to join a successful growing company based in Wolverhampton. This role would suit somebody who is looking to work in a busy, fast paced working environment. There is also the opportunity to benefit from a generous salary package and pension/holiday scheme.Our client provides a range of services such as telecoms, network services, call monitoring, support etc.Essential requirements:
* Must have experience with Sage L50* Must have an excellent telephone manner* Must have knowledge in using word and excel and CRM systems* Must have good organisation skills* Must have the ability to multi task* Be self-motivated
This role consists primarily of assisting the accounts department. Responsibilities and tasks, after full training include
* Processing invoices on Sage* Chasing payments* Processing direct debit run on excel* Processing billing analysis on excel* Calculating early termination costs for existing agreements* Liaising with existing clients regarding termination costs* To be able to work under pressure* Any other administrative duties as required* Process customer contract requests relating to our maintenance and network service portfolio* Develop rapport with the client to understand as to why they are reviewing their contracts and despatch relevant information* Working with the inhouse CRM system to document, facilitate and track all requests until successful closure* Liaise with our accounts department to provide financial information relating to contract end dates and termination figures* Liaise with our Commercial Director to deal with any complaint resolution issues* Liaise with the Account Management Team to isolate any sales opportunities
* £18,000 - pro rata

* 20 days holidays - pro rata + bank holidays* Pension scheme
* Monday - Friday* 10.00am - 3.00pm (5 hours daily to suit)
