You will lead the Account team, by defining and executing sales strategies that allow them to reach their goals, and by developing their skills through coaching and training. This team of 7 people will generate new business relationships a long with manage the existing accounts cross selling and upselling. 80% of the new business will come through inbound business.

Responsibilities - Internal Sales Manager - Financial Software:
* Build and lead a team of Sales Agents to drive exceptional customer experience
* Achieve revenue goals
* Optimize the sales levers to produce the best possible close ratio
* Support the development of the sales strategy as part of the sales leadership team
* Provide product support, sales coaching and training to the sales team
* Conduct talent review sessions and drive a high performance culture
* Identify, analyse and implement process improvements
* Collaborate with finance to ensure accurate forecasting
* Combine data and insights leading to quick and effective decision making
