Our client, a successful and expanding company based in Coleshill are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join their busy team.

As the Customer Service Advisors you will provide support of the highest quality to customers in a friendly and professional manner.

The right Customer Service Administrator will provide continuity of service to existing and new customer accounts in order to achieve our client’s objectives

Duties include:

• Dealing with inbound customer sales enquiries
• Addressing customer requirements
• Ensure all business opportunities including direct customer calls and web enquiries are handled in a timely manner
• Managing, and where appropriate escalating customer queries
• Working with team colleagues to enable the delivery of consistently high standards
Key Skills:

• Excellent rapport building skills
• Ability to communicate confidently at all levels
• Rapport building and sales closing
• Ability to meet deadlines and exceed targets

Working hours:

Monday – Friday – 37.5 hours per week

Salary:

£ 19,500
