Our client is a leading name and nationally recognised property auction company who work with an extensive network of estate agents across the UK. A fast growing company with an enviable reputation for their quality service and success.

They currently have 3 new roles open within the company due to expansion for Auction Coordinators to join their team in Newcastle Upon Tyne. This role is a fast paced and very sales driven role where duties include:

• Cold calling estate agents in your given region and introducing the business / selling into the company
• Managing existing clients and increasing revenue with them month on month by obtaining more auction properties
• Carrying out online valuations and comparables for local properties
• Working closely with local and national estate agents and vendors and tendering for new business/properties
• Monitoring changes, peaks and troughs or trends within the sector and region you cover
• Attending auctions where properties are being sold and networking at such events
• Dealing with new enquiries and ensuring that all leads are explored
• Developing the business ongoing to ensure steady increase in agents and sales within the company

This position would suit someone who is highly motivated and thrives in a targeted and sales driven environment and who is passionate about sales and who is driven by meeting targets and earning an exceptional level of commission. You will have strong business acumen and be a professional sales person who is able to remain motivated and focused at all time.

The earning potential in this role is exceptional. Basic salary is £16-18,000 per year and minimum expected OTE is £35,000 but the right candidates can earn well over and above this and it is uncapped.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9-5pm with some flexibility required to meet business demands. The positions are to start on the 7th August so you must be available to start on this date
