Structural Engineering UK Sales Manager – Manchester

My client, a leading engineering software provider for the building industry is seeking a Structural Engineering UK Sales Manager with experience in selling complex software solutions.

At the present time, all UK business is being handled from Denmark and they are looking to open a UK based office to provide their extensive customer list with a closer connection and local representative. If you are someone who already has many connections in the UK engineering industry and/or Precast Concrete Manufacturers and understand the UK specific structural engineering customs and market then I would like to hear from you.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
• High level of self-motivation
• Degree and experience in structural Engineering (min. 3-4 years practical experience)
• Experience in selling complex software solutions
• Ability to conduct new prospecting/ cold calling
• Confidence presenting to groups of up to 100 people
• Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills.
• Establishing our office.
• Manage the sales process from lead generation through to deal closing.
• Building up a new division inside the StruSoft group.
• Develop in-depth expertise in the company's solutions and how they can be applied to solve business need.
• Do first line support when needed.

Main software packages include; FEM-Design, WIN-Statik, PRE-Stress, IMPACT and VIP-Energy have been applied in analysis and design, 3D-modeling, detailing, assembly and energy. The software applications have been developed into well proven products, and are now used by customers in more than 20 countries around the world. The customers experience increased efficiency and productivity, time saving and increased quality when engineering buildings with their software applications.

My client is committed to continue the improvement of all products and to provide the best service and support to its customers. The head office is located in Malmö in Sweden. Sales and support offices are located in Gothenburg and Stockholm (Sweden), Denmark, Turkey, Dubai, India and Australia. And there are development centres in Sweden, Denmark, Hungary and India.
