Sales Manager - Engineering Services - £40-50K + Bonus + Car

The Role: As Sales Manager you will be responsible for selling into the manufacturing and construction industries, dealing with sectors such as steel, rail, powergen, civil engineering and oil & gas. You will be speaking to project managers, procurement professionals, architects and consultant engineers, negotiating order sizes which average £50k although can be much bigger. The role also involves managing two Business Development Managers and full services training will be provided to the new Sales Manager.

The Company: This unique organisation has over four decades of industry expertise and is now recruiting a new Sales Manager to bolster their team. They offer bespoke engineering services including capital equipment, welding and fabrication and can offer the new incumbent the opportunity to move into a Director role with success.

For this Sales Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

* Strong field sales experience
* You will have a track record of selling into the rail, construction and manufacturing sector
* Experience of selling bespoke or large ticket orders is essential
* Ambitious, credible and technically minded individuals are sought
