Salesforce Administrator is required to join a growing and progressive company from their head office based in central Winchester.

The role of a Salesforce Administrator will be to maintain and administer my clients' large SalesForce environment to ensure all releases are fully analysed, tested and deployed. You will be working within a large Agile programme of work, and to transition these duties in to BAU support environment. You will provide maintenance and support whilst ensuring all Salesforce defects are raised as cases and that progress of these cases are tracked and ultimately resolved. You will be working with multiple departments across the business along with some third part suppliers as well.

The ideal candidate for the Salesforce Administrator role will be working within a similar position at the moment and have 2-3 years' experience working within Salesforce. If possible an accreditation within Salesforce would also be highly beneficial, such as ADM 201.

In addition my client is looking for someone with experience of:

* Salesforce Lightning as well as Classic
* Workflows, assignment rules, validation rules, roles and profiles, profiles, sharing, triggers, approval processes, configurations of users, custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts
* Familiar with Agile methodologies and working with a continuous delivery pipeline.
* A commitment to quality and a thorough approach to work with meticulous attention to detail
* Assist with the migration of legacy systems into Salesforce
* Ensure data integrity by merging duplicate Leads, Contacts, and Accounts; performing mass uploads and updates of data as required; Removing unnecessary fields and data; ensuring screens, fields and workflow have accurate names and reflect current workflow

As you will be working with end users through to senior project / programme managers and third party suppliers your communication skills, both written and verbal must be very strong.
