QRS is working on behalf of an established Further Education College within the Lincolnshire area and is looking for a Lecturer in Beauty & Media Make-Up to join our team of dedicated staff. The successful candidate will contribute effectively to the successful learning experiences of the students in the College through effective teaching that meets or exceeds to College standards and results in high levels of student retention and achievement. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated, enthusiastic and learner centric professional who can demonstrate a commitment to meeting the Professional Teaching Standards in support of the learner journey.

The successful candidate must be qualified to a minimum of Level 3 in a relevant beauty subject, be a qualified teacher (or willing to work towards achieving this within an agreed timeframe) and have a minimum of Level 2 Literacy and Numeracy. The successful candidate must have comprehensive, recent experience of working in a Beauty Therapy environment, have experience of delivering lessons at a standard of 'Good' or above with the ability to work successfully and influentially as part of a team. Experience of delivering Anatomy and Physiology at level 3 is essential.

This role is a temporary to permanent position for the right candidate. Hourly rate is dependent upon qualifications and experience.
