Reporting to the Regional HR Director, the role also works closely with the regional site HR Managers to coordinate and consolidate the outputs of the regional HR calendar processes, including monthly reports, annual bonus and increase schedules, talent reviews, performance reviews, etc.

Working closely with Lead HR Business Partner (Operations), the role is responsible for implementing appropriate people plans and organisational structures with departmental managers. This includes supporting talent management planning, engagement and owning complex employee relations case work. The role will also organise, advise and develop best practice HR initiatives and policies that support organisational goals, particularly in Leadership and Personal Development. Acting as a coach and advisor to line managers, this role will support them in the implementation of business people plans including, identifying risks to the business and escalating where appropriate, whilst understanding the impact on headcount and forecasting.

Key responsibilities:
* Co-ordinate the regional consolidation of site reports and HR calendar processes (e.g. talent & performance reviews)
* Manage the regional expatriate process in conjunction with the Group mobility team, including managing three company residential properties
* Act as regional owner and champion for the on-line performance management and talent review system
* Support department managers to ensure robust departmental talent and succession plans are in place
* Drive improvement in organisational capacity through developing and coaching effective leadership and performance management capabilities
* Use business understanding to advise on appropriate departmental design and structures. Where appropriate, develop and implement plans to change organisation structures.
* Manage the employment relations climate, including supporting with complex ER cases

Are you the ideal candidate?
* CIPD qualified, ideally at graduate level
* Knowledge of UK employment law and experience with complex employee and employment relations issues
* Possess experience of working in a fast paced, changing environment, ideally in a large matrix organisation
* Proven ability to collaborate, persuade and influence change.
* Ability to hold challenging conversations.
* Ability to communicate accurately both verbally and in writing.
* Ability to build strong and effective professional relationships at all levels.
* Ability to effectively manage workload and conflicting priorities while remaining resilient. Flexible and adapt to change quickly
