Job Outline:

I am now searching for a Technical Support Engineer, to take leadership of a team within a market leading supplier of HVAC equipment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for taking a hands-on approach to leading and developing my clients technical Support team. Heavy emphasis will be placed on ensuring that reliable tech support for all of my clients is provided to customers as required.

You will work closely with the design team, to ensure compliance with regulations and product capabilities are met. You will also work alongside the sales team, providing technical support and solution recommendations to meet customer needs and timescales.

Finally, you will ensure all departmental responsibilities are met, including providing strong leadership and training to your team. You will seek to continuously improve and develop staff in order to meet business requirements.

This role presents an excellent opportunity for proven leaders within a technical setting to take on more responsibility, within a high professional a driven working environment.

Qualifications & Experience:

Experience within a similar role and manufacturing environment is essential, as is an academic qualification within a relevant engineering field.
Previous knowledge of the HVAC industry is preferable, although not required.

Additional Information:

Candidates MUST be eligible to work and live in the UK.
Candidates MUST possess a full UK Driving Licence.
