Continuous Improvement Manager will lead a newly established Performance Team based at their Plant.

Continuous Improvement Manager - Job purpose
Continuous Improvement Manager is famous for identifying, analysing and prioritising plant improvement activities that deliver sustainable results and cost savings with pace and in line with the current business context through the Site Team.

Continuous Improvement Manager - Job Accountabilities

- Drives a safety first approach to implementing change, focusing on quality risk assessments to eliminate or reduce any potential risk to person or plant
- Creates data streams and analyses information to identify all cost saving opportunities to then prioritise and plan activities and resource to deliver savings
- Identifies and applies the use of appropriate World Class Manufacturing (WCM) technique to address plant losses and improvement opportunities
- Identifies key stakeholders within the plant and develops a good, open communication structure that delivers project rigour and pace
- Encourages and supports the training of new systems and tools, uses an approach that creates ownership and buy in to deliver sustainable results
- Justifies changes required and explains the risks of doing nothing to each team member and ensuring everyone realises what is expected of them by organising and coordinating all support actions to deliver sustainable result.

Continuous Improvement Manager - Person Requirements:
The ideal candidate must come from the manufacturing industry as a Continuous Improvement Manager. You will also have the following skills, qualifications and experience:

- Ideally hold an engineering qualification such as HNC, HND or BEng
- Have Lean, Sigma (green or black belt) or WCM qualification
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Successful project completion with sustained results
- Has an analytical approach to problem solving
