Customer Service Manager. Trampoline Park. £23K. Ipswich

A rapidly expanding provider of Trampoline Parks is looking for an exceptional Customer Service Manager to lead their Trampoline Park operation at a brand new site in Ipswich. Offering a range of events suitable for toddlers through to adults, including Birthday parties, Stag and Hen Dos, and Corporate events, this organisation have created an innovative way of combining exercise with fun for all.

As Customer Service Manager, you oversee and participate in all party and event bookings, reception procedures and day to day management, recruitment and training of receptionists and party hosts. This is a face-paced role which requires strong problem solving skills combined with a high attention to detail. This is a very service-driven role, involving future planning and accurate delivery of events, ensuring all aspects are in place and outsourced suppliers comply with expectations whilst staffing levels are sufficient.

Key Attributes and Qualifications include:

  • Previous experience, and an enthusiasm for working with, children and young people
  • Energetic, outgoing, and assertive with strong communication
  • Working knowledge of Health & Safety requirements
  • An ability to work weekends
  • An ability to direct a team and continue a line of communication
  • Proven management skills

For the right candidate, this is a fantastic opportunity to become a key member of a brand-new site of an expanding Trampoline Park organisation. Basic salary is £23K.
