Concierge (Supported Housing) 

Salary: From £15,765 per annum 
Job Type: 12 months Fixed-term Contract - multiple opportunities available 
Hours: 14.5 hours per week - day shift; 35.88 hours per week - night shift 
Location: Sheffield

About the role: 

The Concierge is an essential part of the team. Their role is to maintain a safe and secure environment for the customers. 

You`ll be the first point of telephone contact for the premises and provide cover maintaining the safety and security of customers, staff, visitors, contractors, premises, and equipment. This role actively ensures the security of the building, monitoring CCTV and monitoring at regular intervals. 

Essential skills / experience: 

Successful candidates will have experience of working in a customer-focused environment. Good oral and written communication skills and good levels of numeracy are also required. You`ll be able to work unsupervised, with a non-judgmental attitude and an empathetic approach. 

Desirable skills / experience: 

Experience of administration and recording procedures and of working in a supported or sheltered housing environment is highly desirable. An understanding of Health and Safety issues and confidentiality would also be extremely helpful, as would Basic IT skills (e.g. Microsoft Word).
