Your new role
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be part of a small team. You'll benefit from an all-round role where your main responsibilities will be to maintain the sales and purchase ledger, ensuring the accuracy of financial information. You will manage the sales ledger and the relationships with customers, assist in credit control to ensure timely collection of debts. You will also assist with the month end financial reporting procedures including preparation of accruals, prepayments and ad-hoc journals, prepare bank and cashbook reconciliations and process expense claims.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed you will need to demonstrate good experience of financial transactions and be IT literate with knowledge of accountancy software. You will also enjoy working in a team environment, and have excellent all-round written and oral communication skills and great customer service.
