Vice Principal - Teaching & Learning
Salary: c£70k to £75k
Required for September 17 / January 18 start

Our Client is a successful MAT looking to appoint an outstanding Vice Principal.
This is a truly exciting opportunity for an existing, or possibly an outstanding aspiring Deputy Head/Vice Principal. You would be taking the delivery of Teaching & Learning one step further as part the senior leadership team, across the MAT. You will play a key role in delivering outcomes for young people and are responsible for the wide coverage of their subjects and their large teams.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Will have experience of holding a position of responsibility at/above AHT level
  • Will have in depth knowledge of the National Curriculum at all Key Stages
  • Ability to delegate responsibility with accountability
  • Can provide Coaching & Mentoring training of middle leaders
