Oliver Kinross Limited - Conference Producer

Having grown globally over the last few years, an opportunity has risen for an ambitious and talented graduate to join our UK Marketing and Production team.

As our conference producer, your role will be to liaise with high level speakers within our key industries. You will be responsible for inviting new speakers and working closely with existing, researching potential new events, topics and ideas as well as writing all content for our conference and workshop agendas and websites.

With offices in London, Hong Kong and Brazil, this is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the continued growth and development of our rapidly expanding company. You will have the support of a great team as well as a great social life amongst all departments in the office. You will also have the chance to travel internationally to a variety of locations to assist in the running of our events.

About the role

Duties

  • Researching, producing and writing agendas and content for all of our events from small scale conferences to large scale exhibitions

  • Inviting and liaising with high level speakers and clients from all over the world and coordinating the speakers onsite

  • Understanding the nature of all key markets that we operate in

  • Working closely with marketing, sales, design and the operations team within the company

  • Managing and briefing speakers on their presentation topics, liaising with speakers in the lead up to the events, establishing relationships and coordinating speaker meetings

  • Working closely with design team to manage the event agendas and websites, keeping the programmes and websites updated

Requirements

  • Experience in conference production, copy writing and client liaison would be ideal

  • Willing to travel frequently

  • Strong research and analytical skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong editorial and project management abilities

  • A team player as well as able to work independently

  • Target driven with the ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines
