Finance Coordinator - London- £25-£26k

We are looking for an experienced Finance Coordinator to work for a major European client based in Central London.

Job Purpose

The key purpose of the role is to ensure all that all payments for all UK clients are received on time. You will need to grasp control of all finance related tasks in their UK office and work with both their Paris and Birmingham based finance offices and facilitate between the two.

The role will be based in the Central London office with visits to Paris, Cannes and Birmingham if required.


Facilitate swift payment of invoices and cash collection for all UK clients.

Keep track and process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Resolve clients billing issues inclusive of refunds and payment terms.

First point of contact for all financial queries.

Prepares bank withdrawals when needed

Provided monthly financial overview reports

Question all invoices, expenses and other expenditure

Work with RX finance department to facilitate all UK office finances.

Communicate with Sales Team and Client Services Executives in relation to clients lists

Work experience

Minimum 6 months position in accounts department preferably accounts receivable.

Experience of Sage or Zero.

Proven experience demonstrating meticulous organisation skills, process and flexibility

Preferred but not essential - Events Industry, Real Estate & Entertainment Strong Excel skills

Analytical with data Ability to juggle more than one outstanding debtors list at any given time

Attention to detail and ability to question any transaction regardless of client or colleague Education:

Finance related GSCE, course or degree
