I.T Customer Support Agent

First Personnel are recruiting for a Customer Support Agent to be part of an I.T Support Team in Oldbury/West Bromwich. It is essential that you have knowledge of basic Networking and Software and experience of offering exceptional Customer Service.

This is a Full-Time, Permanent position.

Duties:

  • To monitor and maintain Toner levels of customers Printers and Photocopiers
  • To order the correct Toner’s for customers and have them despatch correctly
  • Liaise with Royal Mail to ensure all deliveries are made on time
  • Update the CRM accurately and maintain the database
  • Investigate complaints and offer satisfactory outcomes
  • Offer exceptional Customer Service at all times
  • General administration

Person Specification:

  • Must have basic knowledge of Networking and Software
  • Must have experience in a Customer Service role - preferably over the telephone
  • Must be I.T literate
  • High standards of communication, both written and verbal
  • Ability to use initiative and think on the spot
  • Must be able to travel to Oldbury/West Bromwich
  • A team player
