Day to day management of the integrity of stock file, review of the existing stock procedures and implement best practices aiming to improve stock accuracy at all locations.

Client Details

My client is a luxury department store selling food, clothes and unique gifts located in Central London.

Description

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and maintain stock control policies that prevent stock losses and inaccuracies of stock file
  • Integrity of stock files at all locations
  • Management of all stock integrity queries
  • Implement and report of stock related KPI's
  • Production of stock related business reporting (ie. wastage, stock adjustments, PI count results)
  • Design and lead PI count programme, and bi-annual stock counts
  • Management, training and development of stock integrity team

Reports to: Head of Finance

Direct Reports: Stock integrity co-ordinator x 2

Profile

Previous experience (including qualifications where relevant)

Essential:

  • Stock control experience in a retail environment

  • Strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise

  • Experience of leading a team/staff management

  • Ability to analyse data, draw conclusions and implement preventative measures

  • Confident communication at all levels

Desirable:

  • Track records in implementing stock improvement processes

  • Microsoft AX experience

Job Offer

Between £32,000 and £40,000 + benefits
