My client are a renowned luxury British brand seeking an ambitious, eager to learn graduate / entry level E-Commerce and Social Media assistant to support the retail online operations in the UK and the USA (and other potential markets). This is a strategic and varied role reporting directly into the E-Commerce Manager.

Reports to: E Commerce Manager

Job Purpose:
To support the retail online operation in the UK and the USA (and other potential markets) in line with agreed turnover and cost Budgets

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Act as a Brand Ambassador at all times.
• Always embody the brand ethos 'Excellence is the new normal’
• Support fully the development of Ecommerce
• Support the building and conveying of a consistent brand image that attracts customers and encourages sales on the website
• SKU & content management across all sites
• Ensure all photography and content is accurate and updated as required
• Ensure all pack shot photography is up-to-date and available on company dropbox - organizing shoots when required, formatting and naming images in accordance with company policy
• Assist in preparing sites for new product launches, web developments and any other key developments
• Work closely with hosting agency, affiliate marketing agency and all brand partners
• Work affectively as a team member
• Utilise Analytics and other reporting tools to track performance of the site, delivering reports when required
• Suggest and implement initiatives to drive sales across both markets
• Work closely with and support E-commerce Manager to initiate promotions to drive traffic and increase sales
• Help to drive new customer acquisition, increase conversion and achieve all KPIs required by the business
• Work closely with CRM data and all insight intelligence to increase traffic and conversion
• Work closely with the E-commerce team and IT manager to improve SEO on both sites, analyzing and changing as required and when market appropriate
• Deliver reports to inform the E-commerce Manager of performance against sales and advise accordingly
• Support the Marketing and E-commerce teams where needed with social media activity
• Ensure that all On Line Brand Partners have relevant data to sell products in keeping with brand, and be key point person for all queries
• Provide copy to wholesale partners when required, 'localizing’ when necessary
• Be knowledgeable of the Ecommerce performance at all times and develop awareness of strengths and weaknesses throughout the function
• Be aware of competitor activity at all times and report on a weekly basis to team
• Contribute to the Company’s Centre of Excellence standards and principles
• Respond to any other reasonable requests made by the E Commerce Manager and other line management.
