Tenancy Services Officer
Covering Sedgemoor and Mendip
Salary up to 27.5k depending on experience plus car allowance
Fixed Term for 1 year with the possibility of extending for a further year

Stonewater is seeking a Tenancy Services Officer to join our housing management team. You will need to be a self-starter who is dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service, with an ability to act as a role model for colleagues, while motivating them to deliver excellent results.

Main responsibilities include:

- Housing management in your area including tenancies and estate services contracts, anti-social behaviour and property and estate inspections.
- Working in partnership with residents and both internal and external stakeholders.
- Assisting the Area Manager with budget planning.
- Setting and monitoring performance targets, as well working to achieve and exceed those targets when it comes to delivering exceptional customer services.
- Ensuring compliance with performance, quality and service standards, following procedures and policies.
- Acting as a role model for Stonewaters values.

You should be a solid communicator, who is devoted to the cause of social housing, who uses a no-nonsense practical approach when faced with new challenges. Good literacy and numeracy skills are a must, and should be complimented by the ability to use IT applications efficiently. Ideally you should be qualified to NVQ level 3 or equivalent.

You should have experience in delivering housing and related services and have an understanding of housing law. A full driving licence is also required.

The role involves working with vulnerable adults and as such Stonewater will require appropriate background checks, ie via the Disclosure and Barring Service.
