Position Summary
Excellent opportunity to gain a wide variety of research and administration support skills working within the marketing and sales environment of a leading automotive manufacturer. This is a full time role as part of a small team based in Brentwood, Essex.
Digital Dealer is a new project initiative providing digital marketing support and practical advice to the dealer network.
This role will support the Digital Dealer team by assisting with online research tasks and providing general administration support.
Key Responsibilities
Work directly with the team assisting with specific online research and analysis
Creating Powerpoint presentation slides for meetings and reviews
Organising meetings and events
Contacting potential customers by email and telephone.
Assisting with lead management
General office duties
Ford Relationship and Interface:
Ford Marketing and Comms teams, Product teams, Senior Management, Field Teams.
Dealer network
Ford Customers

Knowledge / Experience / Key Skills
Proficient use of Microsoft Excel; Powerpoint; Word and Outlook
Some previous work experience in an administrative/office environment required
Enthusiastic and self-motivated, well organized
Ability to communicate and present research findings
Practical experience of using a variety of social media platforms
Min 5 GCSE’s
Alternatively proven work experience in similar fields for a minimum of 2 years - may be sufficient for this role
