*
The role of the Legacy Assistant is to support the legacy team to raise their income target of £4m per year.
Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities
* Process legacy notifications; recording on thankQ database, creating files and preparing initial correspondence so that all expected legacy income is processed correctly and it can inform financial planning* Review legacy cases at appropriate intervals and prepare follow-up correspondence to send to solicitors/executors, recording details of all communications for each case to ensure that income is received in a reasonable time frame* Responsible for archiving cases to ensure that all the relevant information is accurately recorded for any future need* Assisting with administration of In Memoriam donations so that donors receive a good customer experience with the aim of increasing income from this area* Assist with the administration of recognitions such as plaques and dedications to ensure that donors are happy with the acknowledgement of their gift* Provide administrative support and telephone cover to the team and contribute to the ways in which the team can improve its processes and undertake any other tasks as the role evolves within the team
Experience

Experience of office administration; using MS Excel, Outlook and Word*

Experience of managing multiple projects simultaneously
