Are you an experianced maintenance planner? Have you worked direct for a client or FM company before? Looking for a new role within a large company who offer growth and career progression? Keep reading-

My client are a large nationwide Facilities company who specilise in both hard, soft and M&E services. They have a large portfolio of both large blue chip clients and small localised clients. They are currently looking for an experienced M&E maintenance planner to join thier team on a large Commercial site in High Wycombe.

Package includes:

* 20 Days holiday

As Maintenance Planner, your daily tasks will be varied and will include:

* Organizing reactive and planned maintenance jobs
* Ensuring necessary resources are arranged to ensure timely completion
* Tracking jobs that include numerous elements
* Ordering materials for the engineers
* Completing necessary procedures on the management system
* Communicating to the business for all anticipated completion times and sending over completion notes and pictures

Who are we looking for?

* Experience in a similar job is preferred or relevant experience
* Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and excellent administration skills
* Capable of working both alone and as part of a team
* Enthusiastic, flexible and ability to learn quickly
* Effective time-management & prioritisation skills
* Ideally experience with MAXIMO or similer system
