A North West based Main Contractor are looking to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager to manage Commercial fit out and refurbishment projects up to £2m in the Liverpool and Manchester areas. The company have a strong reputation within the Commercial Interiors sector and most of their workload is secured through repeat business

Due to further expansion within the business, they are looking to strengthen their Operational team with the appointment of a driven, dynamic individual who is looking to progress their career with a rapidly growing company.

Contracts Manager role:

* Effectively managing project teams on several projects
* Producing project plans and setting programme targets
* Develop effective working relationships with client
* Working with the commercial team to ensure project financial targets are met
* Responsible for health, safety and environmental standards being implemented and maintained

To be considered for the above role as Contracts Manager, applicants must have the following:

* Proven Contracts Management experience with similar organisations
* Experience of managing multiple fit out and refurbishment projects
* Strong people management skills
* Strong commercial acumen
* Ability to plan and programme construction projects
* Good communication skills both written and verbal
* IT literate
