IT Desktop Support/infrastructure Support Analyst 32k London

Salary: Up to £32 based on Experience

Location: London

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Desktop Support/ infrastructure support engineer looking to engage with the latest technologies and to work within a reputable organisation who have offices Globally.

The company employs staff from across the world and only looks for the most talented people. They have offices in Dubai, US and UK of which is our headquarters. We are a start-up and are looking to expand our client offering.

This role will be reporting directly to the Head of TSC. You will be responsible for supporting the Microsoft windows desktop environment (internal users) and providing application support (external users)

Ideally you will have:

  • Minimum 2+ commercial desktop support (Microsoft Windows and Mac IOS). 2nd / 3rd line support.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience with windows active directory (Server 2012 administration).
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience with supporting Exchange and Office 365 mail servers.
  • General networking knowledge, TCP, DNS, DHCP, Firewalls.
  • Experience with Jira ticketing systems
  • Experience with Linux OS
  • You will be expected to support multi-sites and users

Any previous JAVA development experience (education would be advantageous but not essential).

Any Microsoft certifications would be advantageous
