My Client are an independent Insurance Broker who have a long standing reputation within the market. They aim to deliver a first class solution to each of their clients and to add value to their business. Due to a period of growth that they are currently experiencing, they are looking to add an additional New Business Developer onto their internal sales team. Reporting into the New Business and Marketing Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for generating corporate appointments on behalf of the Account Executives. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has minimum 1 years experience working within the insurance industry in a sales capacity who would like to progress their career even further. In return my client are offering a competitive basic salary with a fantastic bonus scheme along with the opportunity to put you through all the necessary qualifications.

Main duties and Responsibilities:

Outbound cold calling B2B selling the companies services
Generating corporate appointments on behalf of the Account Executives
Carry out market research and prospect to potential clients
Updating and maintaining the internal CRM
