We are working exclusively on behalf of our client Anglian Home Improvements who are currently looking to recruit a Regional Sales Support Manager within their organisation.

Anglian Home Improvements are the leading home improvement company in the UK with a turnover in excess of £225million per year. They have built a well-established brand, transforming the nation's homes for almost 50 years!

This exciting and challenging Regional Sales Support Manager position can offer you a very attractive basic salary along with a greta bonus scheme with OTE earnings of £45k plus per annum, along with company car.

Anglian Home Improvements are seeking a results driven individual with extensive experience in Sales and Management. You should possess the drive and enthusiasm to support this very successful region to continue with achieving targets and build on its current 15 million pound annual turnover.

An enthusiastic and inspirational mentor, you will ensure your sales teams are focused and motivated, guiding them to identify and maximise sales opportunities, working with them to achieve targets and giving them all the support they need to fulfil their potential and deliver results.

Within this role you will be required to generate target sales leads through the activities of the regions sales and marketing force in order to exceed volume sales targets by products whilst meeting cost of sales targets through effective cost management. You will be responsible for recruiting to target, effectively coaching and training, retaining and motivating all regional employed and self-employed personnel.

To be considered for the Regional Sales Manager role you will need to following:
* Previous Sales Management experience with the ability to manage and oversee multiple sales teams* A proven track record in managing and motivating people in order to achieve targets in a direct sales environment* Experience in recruiting and training teams* The ability to work to strict deadlines in a fast paced and results driven environment* To be results driven with the desire to succeed* To be flexible with working hours and be willing to travel
