Account Manager / Sales Advisor - B2B
Salary: £20,000pa - £25,000pa
Location: Westbourne, Bournemouth

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to expand the team for our client who is an established and highly reputable company, They have been a major player in the contractor supply chain for over 15 years and have worked with thousands of contractors across a wide range of industries.

Our extensive experience makes us market leaders in understanding the challenges faced by small, medium and large businesses in recruiting temporary and contract staff.

About the Role:
The Account Manager will ensure effective relationship management and communication in order generate consistent levels of referral business. You will identify and forge relationships with contacts at all levels – Director Level through to Consultants and Contractor Care Teams - within recruitment agencies operating temporary and contract desks.

You will work closely with a field based Regional Sales Director to ensure maximum market awareness to maximise ongoing business, and increase client awareness of the company and other products and report on potential avenues of business for the company.

You will monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information, maintaining accurate client records using company databases and other formats. You will also meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs, and contribute to team’s monthly and quarterly objectives, undertake competitor analysis as required/directed

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have previous Business to Business (B2B) and Business to Consumer sales experience (B2C). You will have previous Business Development, Account / Relationship Management experience and skills, and experience in pricing and / or commission negotiation, with an understanding of temporary recruitment.

You will have previous customer sales experience, excellent organisation and communication skills. You will have strong presentation and negotiation skills, self-driven with excellent time management ability. You will also be customer solution focused and computer literate.

Knowledge of tax planning vehicles (umbrella, limited company and self employed) is an advantage.
