Operations Manager – New Coffee Brand Opening in London – Global Company

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager from a coffee background to head up this new and high profile Café Brand. This Global Company are already leaders in there field in International events and food production and are looking for an Operations Manager who can really drive the business forward with enthusiasm and passion for excellent customer service and for this 5* brand.

Operations Manager Role;

  • The Operations Manager will work closely with the owner and senior management team in the small multi-site operation within London, however, will be expanding within the next year.
  • The Operations Manager will be a hands-on and effective manager leading by example.
  • Full cycle project management, ranging from location scouting and assessment to recruitment, training, procurement, setup and logistics planning, and administrative tasks as well as negotiating deals with suppliers and others
  • Project presentations to management and board
  • Budget planning and controlling

Operations Manager Experience;

  • We are recruiting for an experienced Operations Manager who is currently based in the London Area.
  • Highly motivated to take on responsibility, hands-on mentality and interested in working in a diverse field of retail
  • An interest in working with one of the world’s most renowned brands
  • Team player with strong analytical skills and a desire to make a difference
  • Experience of new openings
