Customer Service Advisor
Location: Derbyshire
Reports To: Head of Fleet Manager
Salary: £10.77 per hour

My client is looking for an experienced automotive customer service advisor to join their team in a brand new purpose built facility in the Derbyshire area.

The successful customer service advisor will be expected to:

- Manage inbound calls
- Arrange service support
- Control live vehicle events 
- Ensure all compliance administration is maintained

Part of the role will be to plan scheduled service bookings and communicate these to the customer and service providers.

The successful customer service advisor will:

- Provide a high level of customer service 
- Have the ability to fully understand and fulfill customer needs in a busy and fast paced environment.
- Build strong working relationships with customers, suppliers and internal and external colleagues. 
- Have proficient call handling skills 
- Be able to assess and understand customer needs in order to achieve an outstanding level of customer satisfaction. 
- You will have accurate key board and data entry skills and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft packages including email and the Internet. 
- Motor trade/fleet experience or knowledge of motor vehicles is essential.

The successful customer service advisor will work on a Three Week Rotational Shift Pattern:

- Shift A: 5:00am – 3:00pm, Monday to Thursday – 7 days off
- Shift B: 6:00am – 6:00pm, Friday to Sunday 
- Shift C: 2:00pm – 11:00pm, Monday to Thursday – 3 days off
- 37.5 average working hours per week

The successful customer service advisor can expect to earn £10.77 per hour. Additional Benefits include; 25 days holiday entitlement, additional shifts available.
