Client Support Executive

My client is a leading Company providing institutional, high net worth and retail customers with multi asset and multi market derivative dealing capability through CFD’s and Spread Betting products.

As a Client Support Executive you will be looking after our Clients both UK and Overseas. Whilst additional language skills are not essential, we would welcome applications other mother tongue countries.

Ideally you will have some experience gained in a Customer Service Team/Call Centre within the Financial Services environment.

Typically, the successful candidate will become involved in:-
• Running on-line searches and matching / comparing against internal and external company listings
• Administering the set up of new client accounts
• Taking incoming and making outbound calls to/from clients
• Responding to client enquiries via email
• Processing client withdrawals and internal account transfer requests
• Assisting clients with the use of their accounts and the online platform
• Providing basic technical/trading support for clients
• Electronic filing
• Scanning and photocopying
• Archiving documents
• Mail mergers
• Sending out welcome letters to clients
The Person
• The candidate must have some working experience in Admin or Customer Service
• Knowledge of KYC processes.
• Fluent in English
• The work experience should demonstrate that they have experience communicating with a variety of different people, particularly on the phone.
• It is important that applicants have excellent written and spoken communication skills and are confident communicating with colleagues at all levels.
• Financial services experience preferable.

There is a split shift: 8 – 1700 / 1400 – 2200
