Are you a talented B2B or professional services marketer looking for an opportunity to make your mark within a well-reputed firm? If so, we are recruiting for a National Marketing Executive to drive and deliver marketing projects in line with the firm's wider marketing strategy.
A leading business in the accounting space is currently seeking a number of B2B marketing professionals to head up initiatives within both their corporate services and pensions/private clients offering. The roles available are split between a broad, large sector focus and more strategic, tactical programmes dealing with both clients and intermediaries.
-Assist in the development of marketing planning and supporting delivery of activities to build relationships, raise reputation and increase brand recognition.
-Assisting in developing and delivering comprehensive marketing projects in line with sector marketing plans.
-Collaborating on projects across the full marketing spectrum - i.e. events, seminars, conferences, direct mail, thought leadership, social media, PR, collateral and internal communications.
-Effectively managing stakeholder relationships and sharing market knowledge.
-Assisting in production and updating of core marketing collateral, and brochures.
-Developing strategies for measuring marketing effectiveness and applying improvements on an ongoing basis.
-Developing target customer groups through segmenting the CRM database and applying the right contact strategy.
-Championing the use of the CRM system, ensuring it is properly used by all stakeholders, especially for the purpose of lead generation and tracking.
-Supporting the development of award submissions including sourcing appropriate awards and reviewing submissions.
-Ensuring website content is updated and using Google Analytics to monitor performance.
-Raising internal profile of teams within the wider firm, increasing awareness of team wins, issues and marketing activities.
-Owning the direct mail (email and print) process, regularly reporting on analytics and performance to develop future communications.
-Monitoring competitor intelligence and performance, ensuring the firm's marketing projects are at optimum performance.
-Identifying cross-sector and business development opportunities and supporting sector proposals and client care initiatives alongside the business development team.
-Managing third party relationships, ensuring delivery to KPIs.
-Working at a regional level with other marketing teams across the firm to deliver national projects and evaluate engagement.
-Acting as a brand guardian and ensuring consistency across all touch-points.
-A proactive approach, with efficient time management skills.
-Responsive to requests and able to deliver against deadlines.
-Excellent communication skills at all levels of an organisation.
-Demonstrated copy-writing and editorial skills.
-A proven team worker, but able to work autonomously.
-Detail orientated whilst being proactive and energetic.
-Proven CRM skills, ideally within InterAction or similar platform.
-Educated to degree level or equivalent in a marketing related subject.
-CIM qualified, or working towards CIM actively.
-Previous marketing experience in professional services or similar.
