Reporting to: Senior Project Manager (SMSTS required)

The Role
The role of Education Project Manager will be managing projects in an efficient manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, completing all projects on time and within budget, maximising gross profit without compromising quality. Comfortable and proficient in taking ownership of projects including the key measures of meeting deadlines, managing budget, reporting to management, and having overall responsibility for on time delivery and successful completion.

Key Responsibilities

Managing the entire project through to project handover.
* Oversee drawing up programme/sequencing for submission to Main Contractor
* Direct contact and build both relationship and discuss ongoing contracts going forward
* Face to face handover meeting with Sales
* Client contact - booking in scheduled work and completion
* Attend site to carry out site survey (use site measure and survey form)
* Manage project timeline

* Excellent people management skills
* Reliability in reporting
* Design awareness and eye for detail
* Proficient in high-level professional communication - verbal and written both internal and external
* Able to communicate well and run meetings professionally with, Client, Site Team

Qualifications and Experience
* Proven experience of at least 5 years in Project Management
* Proven experience in one of the sectors: Education or Commercial.
