2nd Line Support Analyst

£25,000 plus benefits


Windows, Active Directory, SCCM, Application Packaging

The Role

This role is to support the internal business users in a 2nd Line Service Desk capacity and ensure IT issues are resolved primarily focused around Windows technology, Active Directory, Exchange and Microsoft Operating Systems. Working in a fast paced service desk environment the 2nd Line Support Analyst will be heavily involved in SCCM application packaging specifically Operating System, Drivers and Sequences for Tasks and deploying through SCCM.

Skills / Experience

The key to this role is SCCM and Application Packagaing - the 2nd Line Support Analyst must have previous knowledge of SCCM.

  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft Windows Technologies

o Active Directory

o Exchange

o VMWare and Hyper V Servers

  • Deep knowledge of hardware and printers
  • Good knowledge of windows 10
  • Good understanding of antivirus and security
