A leading international communications consultancy is looking for an Admin Assistant to join its well-established Life Sciences team in London. You will play an integral role within this fast-paced team, providing essential support across a number of areas to help ensure the smooth and efficient running of activity.

You will hold a number of responsibilities including typing and editing documents, Excel data entry and formatting, diary management as well as general administration duties. You will support the team with setting-up PowerPoint templates, proof reading documents and logistics and admin for events. You will also be responsible for posting materials to the consultancy's websites and social media channels and posting news releases.

To be considered for this position you must have the following skills and experience:

* Solid admin experience gained from working in a busy team (experience working in a PR, consultancy or marketing environment would be beneficial)
* First-class written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Keen eye for detail
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint
