A new opportunity has become available at an International Bank for a Client Services Officer to provide a high level of service to both internal and external stakeholders in a professional, courteous and informative manner at all times.

Duties to include:

  • Maintain and promote an efficient and high quality service to all internal and external clients
  • Carry out any other duties as required by the Head of Client Services
  • Investigate account enquiries, from both internal and external sources, and respond in a professional, polite and timely manner
  • Perform payment call backs to clients as per the Bank's procedure
  • Being a 'named' contact for client with a designated telephone number
  • Ensure that all KYB reviews are completed within the specified time frame
  • Ensure that all outstanding KYB reviews are managed and escalated appropriately
  • Produce reports and MI regarding KYB reviews as required
  • Review new account applications received from the Relationship Manager ensuring that full due diligence is completed and escalate any issues to the Head of Client Services
  • Assist the Relationship Managers where requested to do so
  • Accurate maintenance to internal spreadsheets and record keeping
  • Offer feedback to and share best practice with team members as required so that their individual and collective performance meets the current and future needs of the business
  • Support changes to systems, processes and working practices in order to achieve operational improvement
  • Support and embrace a culture of Compliance, Conduct Risk and continuous improvement

The candidate will have:

  • Experience in Banking experience
  • Experience in a client facing role
  • Strong Microsoft Office experience
  • Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication
  • French is desirable
