The Role

A dynamic individual with exceptional relationship building skills and brilliant video skills! If you thrive off of dealing with a fast paced role, managing clients and taking video projects from brief - organising - shoot - reporting then this could be perfect! Working in a growing team you will also be required to attend client functions and eventually generate new business through these channels. The client you are going to be working with is really exciting, you will be producing content for internal and external comms in challenging environments.

Key responsibilities include:

* Flawlessly deliver multiple projects within the video production department. Managing each project from brief to delivery within a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
* Understand client business objectives and competitive scenarios, challenging the brief and introducing planning to deliver effective strategic solutions that exceed client expectations
* Identify opportunities to develop your accounts, seeking out profit and new sales via cross department involvement and constantly striving to ensure maximum profitability across every activity
* Ensure account management excellence at all times: build strong, effective relationships mediating between clients, 3rd party agencies and suppliers; identify and implement client process improvements as necessary
* Develop rewarding commercial client relationships with all clients, exceeding their needs and expectations
* To maximise all revenue opportunities with clients to meet the revenue targets
* To continually build your market, innovation and expert knowledge, keeping abreast of the latest technologies and emerging trends.

* Financial reporting on closure of each project
