Are you a Design Manager? Are you looking for the chance to work on a variety of residential and commercial projects in London? If so this is the perfect opportunity!

My client is a huge tier 1 main contractor with an extensive order book and stable career history. They are seeking candidates who show ambition and carry a strong work ethic for a Design Manager position on a variety of prestigious projects from residential and commercial to hotels. This candidate will be working as a number one on site.

This is a very interesting and exciting opportunity and will consist of some pre-con and tender work before moving on to working on some very interesting projects. For the right candidate, we can pay £65,000 + package.

Key Requirements:


Experience of having worked on education projects.

Show excellent communication skills and able to communicate appropriately with all levels of personnel.
* Obtained an industry relevant degree or a background in the relevant sector.

* Able to drive.

* Advanced knowledge of Health and Safety procedures.
